The invention discloses a hoisting construction quality control method and a digital quality control type hoisting director, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: determining the inspection content of a precondition and the inspection acceptance party of each inspection content, and making a quality plan; starting quality inspection, and according to inspection content in the quality plan, inputting corresponding actual conditions in sequence; comparing each piece of inspection content with the corresponding actual condition, and judging whether the requirements are met or not; sending actual conditions corresponding to the inspection contents to inspection acceptance parties of the corresponding inspection contents in the quality plan, and performing inspection acceptance by the inspection acceptance parties; accumulating the score conditions of all inspection acceptance parties, and judging whether the total score meets a score threshold value of the quality plan or not; if yes, ending the process; a quality plan is designed, and inspection is performed one by one according to the quality plan and is signed and confirmed by an inspection acceptance party; after the quality plan passes inspection and acceptance, the power supply of the interphone can be switched on, and the interphone can send a hoisting instruction to realize intrinsic safety.

    本发明公开了一种吊装施工质控方法及数字化质控型起重指挥仪,具体包括如下步骤:确定先决条件的检查内容和各项检查内容的检查验收方,制定质量计划;开启质检,根据质量计划中的检查内容,依次将相应的实际情况进行录入;对比每一条检查内容和相应的实际情况,判断是否满足要求;分别将检查内容相应的实际情况发送给质量计划中相应检查内容的检查验收方,由检查验收方进行检查验收;累积所有检查验收方的得分情况,判断总得分是否满足质量计划的得分阈值;若满足,则结束流程;本发明设计了质量计划,按照质量计划逐条检查并由检查验收方签字确认;质量计划检查验收通过后,才能接通对讲机电源,对讲机才能发出吊装指令,实现本质安全。
