The invention discloses an adjusting device for foundation pit equipment hoisting, and relates to the technical field of foundation pit equipment hoisting, the adjusting device comprises four hydraulic mechanisms and equipment to be assembled, the four hydraulic mechanisms are fixedly installed at the four corners of the top of the equipment to be assembled respectively, and hydraulic oil pipes are fixedly installed at the tail ends of the four hydraulic mechanisms respectively. The ends, away from the hydraulic mechanism, of the four hydraulic oil pipes are connected with the same oil way distributor. According to the tool capable of automatically adjusting the gap, the tool is installed on the edge of equipment to be assembled, the outwards-extending guide wheels make contact with the wall of a foundation pit and an equipment shell, so that the gap is controlled, when the equipment deviates towards one side, oil pressure and a piston in a system start to work, reverse intervention is generated, the equipment can be promoted to return to the center position, and the equipment can be automatically assembled. The contact of edge gaps is avoided, and the hoisting stability and safety of the to-be-assembled equipment are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基坑设备吊装用调节装置,涉及基坑设备吊装技术领域,包括四个液压机构和待装配设备,四个所述液压机构分别固定安装于待装配设备的顶部四角,四个所述液压机构的尾端均固定安装有液压油管,其特征在于,四个所述液压油管远离液压机构的一端连接有同一个油路分配器。本发明设计了一种自动调节间隙的工装,将工装安装在待装配设备的边缘,通过外伸的导向轮与基坑洞壁及设备壳体接触,从而控制间隙,当设备向一侧发生偏移,系统内油压与活塞开始工作,产生反向的干预,促使设备能回归中心位置,避免了边缘间隙的碰触,提高了待装配设备吊装的稳定性和安全性。
