The invention relates to the field of steel pipe pile construction, in particular to a steel pipe pile fixing and lifting device which comprises a barrel, a plurality of circles of rectangular grooves are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the side wall of the barrel, a plurality of rectangular grooves are formed in each circle, an extrusion block is slidably connected into each rectangular groove, the outer end of each extrusion block protrudes out of the barrel, and an extrusion rod is rotationally connected to the inner end of each extrusion block. The other end of the extrusion rod is eccentrically and rotationally connected with a turntable; according to the designed steel pipe pile fixing and lifting device, compared with lifting of the steel pipe pile in a lifting lug welding mode, the efficiency is higher, the steel pipe pile fixing and lifting device can be recycled, compared with a lifting lug welded for multiple times, after the solid part of the lifting lug is cut off through gas welding, the lifting lug becomes smaller and smaller, and consequently the lifting lug cannot be continuously used in the later period; and as the outward extending length of the extrusion block is within a certain range, the device can be suitable for extruding and fixing steel pipe piles with various diameters, and the applicability is high.

    本发明涉及钢管桩施工领域,具体是一种钢管桩固定起吊装置,包括筒体,筒体的侧壁上下开设多圈矩形槽,每圈设置有多个矩形槽,每个矩形槽内滑动连接有挤压块,挤压块的外端突出筒体外,挤压块的内端转动连接有挤压杆,挤压杆的另一端偏心转动连接有转盘;本发明中设计的钢管桩固定起吊装置,相比通过焊接吊耳方式起吊钢管桩,效率更高,且能够循环使用,相比多次焊接后的吊耳,吊耳实体部位被气焊切掉后,使得吊耳越来越小,导致后期无法再继续使用,以及该钢管桩固定起吊装置,由于挤压块向外延伸的长度具有一定范围,能够适用于多种直径钢管桩的挤压固定,适用性较强。
