The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses a warehouse storage servo motor servo drive lifting layer changing mechanism which comprises a lifting frame body, a top guide wheel assembly is arranged at the top of the lifting frame body, and the two ends of the top guide wheel assembly are connected with a balance weight mechanism and a motor box correspondingly. Four sets of racks are vertically installed on the inner side of the lifting frame body, the racks on the left side and the right side form one set, and teeth of the two racks in each set correspond to one another. According to the scheme, the driving device is installed at the bottom of equipment, the self-locking servo motor serves as driving power and transmits the power to the driving gear to drive and lift the driving gear to act, and therefore the equipment is driven to move. And meanwhile, the device adopts a driving gear and rack meshing transmission mode, and compared with a traditional mode that a steel wire rope drives a cargo carrying table to move, the driving mode of the scheme is more stable.

    本发明涉及提升机技术领域,且公开了一种货仓储存用伺服电机伺服驱动提升换层机构,包括提升架主体,提升架主体的顶部设置有顶部导轮组件,顶部导轮组件的两端分别连接有配重机构和电机箱体,所述提升架主体的内侧竖直安装有四组齿条,左右两侧齿条为一组,每组中两个齿条的齿牙相互对应,本发明中,本方案中的驱动装置安装于设备的底部,采用自锁型伺服电机作为驱动动力,并将动力传递到主动齿轮,驱动提升主动齿轮动作,齿条固定在提升架主体的框架上,从而实现提升或者下降,同时本装置采用主动齿轮和齿条啮合传动方式,相对传统的钢丝绳带动载货台上运动,本方案驱动方式更加平稳。
