The alarm in the controller gives an alarm, the output end of the motor is controlled to rotate through the controller, the telescopic rod is driven to contract, and according to the measurement result, the door leaf and the door frame of the elevator can be further repaired and maintained through the access door. Therefore, the effect of accurate and rapid gap detection is achieved.

    本发明涉及电梯门扇技术领域,且公开了一种可及时发现故障的电梯门扇间隙测量检测装置,包括门框、门扇和轿厢,所述门框靠近门扇一侧的端部固定安装有压力传感器,所述电机的输出端固定安装有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的输出端表面固定安装有凸起,所述凸起与压力传感器抵接。通过控制器控制电机启动,并使电机的输出端带动伸缩杆伸长,伸缩杆的输出端逐渐靠近并抵住门扇,当门框与门扇之间的缝隙大于6mm时,凸起会挤压在压力传感器的表面,压力传感器再将压力信号传递至控制器处,控制器内的报警器发出警报,并通过控制器控制电机输出端转动,带动伸缩杆收缩,根据测量结果,通过检修门可以对电梯的门扇门框做进一步检修维护。从而达到间隙检测精准快捷的效果。
