The invention discloses an elevator braking state judgment method which comprises the following steps: determining normal operation of a brake, adjusting a gap between a brake shoe and a brake wheel, mounting a strain gauge on the surface of the brake shoe, and setting the collection frequency of a collector; enabling the elevator to run downwards to a constant speed state under different loads and then to be powered off, collecting and analyzing time domain signals by the collector, and obtaining a plurality of groups of corresponding time intervals t of the elevator under different loads from the power failure of a brake to the contact of a brake shoe with a brake wheel and the contact time T of the brake shoe and the brake wheel; judging whether the distance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel is changed or not according to the time interval t from power failure of the brake to contact of the brake shoe with the brake wheel; the fitting curve is generated according to the recorded contact time T of the brake shoe and the brake wheel, the working state and the fault condition of the brake can be judged by comparing the contact time T of the brake shoe and the brake wheel during actual emergency braking of the elevator to be detected with the fitting curve, operation is easy, cost is low, and accuracy is high.

    本发明公开了一种电梯制动状态的判断方法,包括如下步骤,确定制动器正常运转,调整闸瓦与制动轮的间隙,在闸瓦的表面上贴装应变片,并设定采集器采集频率;使电梯在不同载荷下向下运行至匀速状态后断电,所述采集器采集时域信号并分析,得到若干组相对应的不同载荷下的电梯从制动器断电到闸瓦接触制动轮的时间间隔t,以及闸瓦与制动轮的接触时间T;根据从制动器断电到闸瓦接触制动轮的时间间隔t,判断闸瓦与制动轮的距离是否发生改变;根据记录的闸瓦与制动轮的接触时间T生成拟合曲线,用待检测电梯实际紧急制动时的闸瓦与制动轮的接触时间T与拟合曲线进行比较即可判断制动器工作状态及故障情况,操作简单、成本较低、精确度高。
