The invention discloses a large-strain flight test method for a flexible part of a helicopter, and the method comprises the steps: pasting a damping pad made of a specific material and having a specific thickness at a strain measurement position of the flexible part, pasting a strain gauge M1 on the damping pad, and directly pasting a strain gauge M2 at a position close to the strain measurement position. Strain signals at the two positions are subjected to a comparison test through a ground bench test and a flight test, the appropriate damping pad material and thickness are selected, the damping coefficient of the damping pad is obtained, and in the helicopter test flight process, the real strain value of the flexible part can be obtained through strain gauge signals and the damping coefficient on the damping pad. By adopting the test method provided by the invention, the problem of short service life of a helicopter flexible part flight test strain gauge is effectively solved, and the service life of the strain gauge is remarkably prolonged; and a real load test of the flexible part is provided for a flight test.

    本发明公开了一种直升机柔性部件大应变试飞测试方法,在柔性部件应变测量位置粘贴特定材料及厚度的阻尼垫,阻尼垫上粘贴应变片M1,在靠近应变测量位置直接粘贴一个应变片M2。通过地面台架试验及飞行试验对两处应变信号进行对比测试,选择合适的阻尼垫材料及厚度,并且得出阻尼垫的阻尼系数,直升机试飞过程中,通过阻尼垫上的应变片信号及阻尼系数,即可得到柔性部件的真实应变值。采用本发明提出的测试方法,有效解决了直升机柔性部件试飞测试应变片寿命短的问题,显著提升了应变片使用寿命;为飞行试验提供柔性部件真实载荷测试。
