The invention discloses a multi-power-supply ship direct-current electric propulsion system and a working method thereof. The multi-power-supply ship direct-current electric propulsion system comprises a power supply module, an electric propulsion device, a charging device, a direct-current bus, an energy conversion device, a direct-current power distribution device and an energy management module. The power supply module comprises a fuel battery pack, a lithium battery pack, a super capacitor, a solar photovoltaic power generation assembly and a wind power generation device. The energy management module collects information through the DC power distribution device. The system is used for reasonably distributing energy output of a fuel battery pack, a lithium battery pack, a super capacitor, a solar photovoltaic power generation assembly and a wind power generation assembly. The fuel cell and composite energy storage system has the advantages of high integration level, low equipment cost, small occupied area and light weight, and can flexibly distribute power output of the fuel cell and the composite energy storage module to provide enough energy output for the load when the load changes. And the energy management module is adopted, so that the fuel cell and the composite energy storage device can output more efficiently, and the energy use efficiency of the whole system can be remarkably improved.
