The invention relates to an air injection pipeline system for a microbubble resistance reduction test ship, which comprises an air supply device, an air transmission device, a mass flow controller, air path valves and an air injection module, the air transmission device comprises a main air transmission pipe and a branch air transmission pipe, and the air path valves comprise a main air path valve and a branch air path valve. The gas supply equipment is connected with the main gas path valve through the main gas conveying pipe, the other end of the main gas path valve is connected with the mass flow controller, the mass flow controller is connected with the multi-way valve through the main gas conveying pipe, and the multi-way valve is connected with the branch gas path valve through the branch gas conveying pipe. And the branch gas path valve is connected with the gas spraying module through a branch gas conveying pipe. The total air injection quantity and the distribution condition of the air quantity in each air injection module can be dynamically changed so as to adapt to various navigation states during ship navigation.
