The track tensioning system comprises an oil cylinder, an oil inlet path, an energy accumulator, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve, a pressure reducing valve, an oil drainage path and a control valve element; the oil inlet way supplies oil to the piston cavity, the first one-way valve, the energy accumulator, the second one-way valve and the pressure reducing valve are sequentially arranged on the oil inlet way in the flowing direction of oil, and the oil drainage way communicates with the piston cavity and is provided with an oil drainage opening communicating with an oil tank. Only when the oil pressure of hydraulic oil in the oil drainage oil way is larger than the opening pressure of the control valve element, the control valve element opens the oil drainage port under the action of the hydraulic oil, and the opening pressure of the control valve element is in direct proportion to the retraction stroke of the piston rod, so that the control valve element is easily burst open by the oil pressure at the beginning, but retracts along with the retraction of the piston rod. The opening pressure is larger and larger, and the guide wheel can be prevented from instantly moving to the leftmost side.
