The invention relates to a CBTC (Communication Based Train Control) system turnout resource management method, a logic module and a system, turnout resource management is divided into two parts of turnout control management and turnout passing management in a rail transit train control system, turnout resource management is refined from two dimensions of space and time, and when different route trains pass through a turnout, the turnout resource management is more accurate. According to the method, the turnout moving time is advanced, the number of times of turnout operation is reduced, the tracking interval of a train in a turnout area is shortened, the trafficability of an urban rail train control system in a turn-back station is greatly shortened, the transportation capacity bottleneck of an existing line can be broken through, and more sufficient transportation capacity reservation can be provided for new line construction. The invention provides a delicacy management method for turnout resources based on accurate positioning of the train, and improves the trafficability of the train at the turn-back station, thereby improving the transport capacity of the line.
