The invention provides a high-flatness side wall structure which comprises a door frame assembly, a side wall framework and a side wall plate, the side wall framework comprises a side column, a longitudinal beam, a main connecting plate and an auxiliary beam, and the side column extends in the vertical direction; the longitudinal beams extend in the direction of the vehicle body and are in inserted fit with the side columns, and the inner side faces of the longitudinal beams are flush with the inner side faces of the side columns. The main connecting plates are attached to the inner side faces of the side columns and the longitudinal beams and connected with the side columns and the longitudinal beams respectively. The auxiliary beams are parallel to the longitudinal beams, are arranged between the two adjacent longitudinal beams and penetrate through the side columns. According to the high-flatness side wall structure, the side columns and the longitudinal beams are connected in a matched mode through the inserting structures, the auxiliary beams penetrate through the side columns and are connected with the side columns, the components integrally form the side wall framework, the structure assembly is simple and convenient, the welding amount between the side wall framework and the side wall plates is reduced, the assembly efficiency of a railway vehicle is effectively improved, and the production cost is reduced. And meanwhile, the overall flatness of the side wall plate is improved, and the external attractiveness of a vehicle body is improved.

    本发明提供了一种高平整度侧墙结构,包括门框组件、侧墙骨架以及侧墙板,侧墙骨架包括侧柱、纵梁、主连接板以及辅助梁,侧柱沿上下方向延伸;纵梁沿车体走向延伸,纵梁与侧柱插接配合,且纵梁的内侧面与侧柱的内侧面齐平;主连接板贴附于侧柱和纵梁的内侧面上,且分别与侧柱和纵梁相连;辅助梁平行于纵梁设置于相邻两个纵梁之间,且贯穿侧柱设置。本发明提供的高平整度侧墙结构,侧柱与纵梁采用插接结构配合连接,辅助梁贯穿侧柱并与侧柱相连,上述构件整体形成侧墙骨架,结构装配简单方便,减小了侧墙骨架与侧墙板之间的焊接量,有效地提高了轨道车辆的组装效率,同时还提高了侧墙板的整体平面度,提升了车体的外部美观性。
