The invention provides a bypassing method for an autonomous vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: responding to the condition that the autonomous vehicle is impassable in the current driving direction to which the current position belongs, and judging whether the lane information in the opposite driving direction opposite to the current driving direction is available or not; in response to the availability of the lane information in the opposite driving direction, the lane information in the opposite driving direction is used for detouring, and the detouring path starting from the current position during detouring of the automatic driving vehicle meets the preset safety condition; under the condition that the automatic driving vehicle cannot move forwards when encountering the current lane, the lane in the opposite driving direction is borrowed to complete detouring, and then the passing efficiency is improved. The invention further discloses a related control method and the vehicle-mounted equipment. According to the invention, under the condition that the automatic driving vehicle cannot move forward in the current lane, the lane in the opposite driving direction is utilized to complete detouring, so that the passing efficiency is improved.
