The invention discloses a function safety guarantee device and method and an unmanned vehicle, and the device comprises a controlled system which is used for controlling the controlled system to operate in a conventional state; the safety controller is used for controlling the controlled system to operate in a safety key state; the safety controller has higher safety than a complex controller; the decision module is used for monitoring the running state of the controlled system in real time, predicting the running state of the controlled system according to a monitoring result, and completing switching between the complex controller and the safety controller according to a prediction result; under the condition that the condition that the safety constraint is not violated is predicted and judged, a complex controller is adopted to control the controlled system to operate in a normal state; and when it is predicted and judged that the safety constraint is violated, the safety controller is switched to control the controlled system to operate in the safety key state, and the safety of the operation state of the controlled system is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种功能安全性保证装置、方法及无人驾驶车辆,包括受控系统:复杂控制器,用于控制受控系统在常规状态下运行;安全控制器,用于控制受控系统在安全关键状态下运行;安全控制器具有比复杂控制器更高的安全性;决策模块,用于对受控系统运行状态进行实时监控,并根据监控结果对受控系统运行时的状态进行预测,根据预测结果完成复杂控制器和安全控制器之间切换;在预测判断为未违背安全性约束的情况下,则采用复杂控制器控制受控系统在常规状态下运行;当预测判断为违背安全性约束的情况下,切换至安全控制器控制受控系统在安全关键状态下运行,保证受控系统运行状态的安全性。
