The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle mass online estimation, and particularly relates to a vehicle mass online estimation method based on fuzzy logic and a weighted least square method. Comprising the steps that 1, a longitudinal acceleration sensor measurement value signal, a longitudinal speed signal, an engine output torque signal, a gear signal, an accelerator opening degree signal, a brake pedal signal and a steering wheel angle signal are obtained from a vehicle CAN bus; 2, correcting a measurement value of the longitudinal acceleration sensor; 3, calculating an equivalent driving force and an equivalent acceleration; 4, calculating the working condition suitability by using a fuzzy logic algorithm; 5, estimating the mass of the vehicle by using a weighted least square method; 6, pausing and starting vehicle mass estimation, the structure is reasonable, and the accuracy and working condition adaptability of vehicle mass online estimation can be improved in the using process.
