The invention discloses an activation method for associating engine braking and a whole vehicle hydraulic retarder. The activation method comprises the following steps that S1, an engine rotating speed overspeed calibration value is calibrated; s2, acquiring an engine running state by using a controller, comparing the engine rotating speed with the overspeed calibration value, and determining that the engine rotating speed is greater than the overspeed calibration value; and S3, executing the strategy I and/or the strategy II according to the rotating speed of the engine. The method has the advantages of simple control, improved driving safety and the like.

    本发明公开了一种关联发动机制动及整车液力缓速器的激活方法,包括如下步骤:S1:标定发动机转速超速标定值;S2:利用控制器获取发动机运行状态,将发动机转速与超速标定值对比,确定发动机转速大于超速标定值;S3:根据发动机转速执行策略I和/或策略II。本发明具有控制简单提高行车安全性等优点。
