The embodiment of the invention provides an output control method and device for a pressure conversion valve of a railway vehicle braking system, the output control method and device are applied to a feedback control module connected with the pressure conversion valve on a train, and the feedback control module comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a first pneumatic control valve, a second pneumatic control valve, a third pneumatic control valve and a double-proportional-piston valve. The method comprises the steps that in the emergency braking process of a train, four-stage pressure is output step by step by controlling the pressure conversion valve; on the premise that an existing structure of the pressure conversion valve is not changed, during high-speed emergency braking of a train, four-stage pressure step-by-step output of the pressure conversion valve can be achieved, wheel-rail adhesion is effectively utilized, the braking distance is guaranteed, safety of passengers and the train is guaranteed, meanwhile, basic braking heat loads can be reduced, and the service life of the train is prolonged. And the train can cope with a higher-speed emergency braking working condition.

    本申请实施例提供一种轨道车辆制动系统压力变换阀输出控制方法及装置,应用于列车上与压力变换阀连接的反馈控制模块,所述反馈控制模块包括第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、第一气控阀、第二气控阀、第三气控阀以及双比例活塞阀,方法包括在列车紧急制动的过程中,通过控制压力变换阀四级压力逐级输出;本申请能够在不改变压力变换阀现有结构的前提下,在列车高速紧急制动时,实现压力变换阀四级压力逐级输出,从而有效的利用轮轨黏着,保证制动距离,保障旅客和车辆安全,同时可减小基础制动热负荷,使列车能够应对更高速度紧急制动工况。
