The invention relates to a horizontal clinometer-based truck compartment bucket lifting and falling identification device, which comprises a vehicle-mounted control terminal, and is characterized by comprising a horizontal clinometer I mounted on a truck compartment bucket, a truck body clinometer II mounted on a truck body, and a vehicle-mounted control terminal III mounted on the truck body and used for receiving information of the horizontal clinometer, the installation directions of the horizontal clinometer I and the vehicle body clinometer II are kept consistent, and the two horizontal clinometers are respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted control terminal III in a wired mode. The identification method comprises the steps of information acquisition, data acquisition, card car hopper lifting state identification and card car hopper lifting time calculation. According to the method, the carriage bucket lifting time of the truck is accurately calculated, and real-time, accurate and reliable basic information is provided for truck operation fine management, optimal scheduling, carriage bucket lifting driving safety early warning and the like.
