The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging connection mechanism and a control method thereof.The electric vehicle charging connection mechanism comprises an electric vehicle and a charging device, the charging device is connected with a charging gun through a cable, the electric vehicle is provided with a charging port I and a charging port II which are connected with the charging gun, and the flange end of the charging port I is provided with a plurality of paired first contact terminals and second contact terminals; a first magnet is arranged in the flange end, a second magnet is arranged in the base of the charging port I, a third magnet is arranged in the coupling port of the charging gun, and a position sensor is arranged in the charging port I so as to detect the position of the charging gun in the charging port I and judge whether the charging gun is in an inserted or pulled-out state according to position changes. According to the method, the charging gun is guided to be conveniently aligned with the charging port, the electric automobile adjusts the polarity and the magnetic strength of the second magnet according to the different positions of the charging gun in the charging port and the insertion/extraction state, and therefore the operation force can be reduced when the charging gun is inserted or extracted, and the operation force is stable and does not change sharply.

    本发明公开了电动汽车充电连接机构及其控制方法,包括电动汽车和充电设备,充电设备通过电缆连接有充电枪,电动汽车上设有与充电枪连接的充电口Ⅰ和充电口Ⅱ,充电口Ⅰ上的法兰端设有多个配对的第一接触端子和第二接触端子,法兰端内置有第一磁铁,充电口Ⅰ的基座内置有第二磁铁,充电枪上的耦合口内置有第三磁铁,充电口Ⅰ内设有位置传感器,以探测充电枪在充电口Ⅰ内的位置以及通过位置变化判定充电枪处于插入或拔出状态,该种方法引导充电枪便捷地对准充电口,电动汽车根据充电枪在充电口内不同的位置以及插入/拔出状态调整第二磁铁的极性、磁性强度,从而实现在充电枪插入或拔出时都可以减小操作力,且操作力平稳而不会急剧变化。
