The invention relates to an electric automobile heat management system with an air inlet duct, and belongs to the technical field of automobile heat management systems. Comprising a novel air inlet duct, a passenger compartment heat management system of a heat pump and a motor and electric control heat management system. The air inlet duct is a thin-wall arc-shaped bent pipe, the cross section of the air inlet duct is rectangular, the width of the air inlet duct is more than one time of the height, and the air inlet duct is arc-shaped in the length direction. One end is an air inlet, and the other end is an air outlet; and an active air inlet grille is mounted on the air inlet. During use, the air inlet end of the air inlet duct is fixedly connected with a front bumper of a vehicle body, and the air outlet end is arranged at the lower part of a front cabin of the vehicle body. An outdoor heat exchanger and a motor in the heat pump air conditioning system and a radiator in the electric control heat management system are installed in the air inlet duct. After the air inlet duct is additionally arranged, the active air inlet grille is opened, the air inlet duct guides the airflow trend, compared with an electric automobile without the air inlet duct structure, the induction resistance and the internal circulation resistance are reduced, the effect of reducing the air resistance is achieved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及具有进气风道的电动汽车热管理系统,属于汽车的热管理系统技术领域。包括新型的进气风道、热泵的乘员舱热管理系统和电机及电控热管理系统。进气风道为薄壁的弧形弯管,进气风道的横截面为矩形,且宽度为高度的一倍以上,长度方向呈弧形。一端为进气口,另一端为出气口;进气口上安装有主动进气格栅。使用时,进气风道的进气口端与车身前保险杠固定连接,出气口端设于车身前舱的下部。热泵空调系统中的室外侧换热器、电机及电控热管理系统中的散热器安装于进气风道中。加装进气风道后,通过打开主动进气格栅,进气风道引导气流走向,与不加装进气风道结构的电动汽车相比,诱导阻力和内循环阻力减小,达到减小空气阻力的效果,降低能耗。
