The invention relates to the field of automobile half shafts, in particular to a vehicle half shaft structure which comprises a pin shaft, a half shaft rod and a flange plate used for being connected with a drive axle. A connecting boss is arranged at the top end of the flange plate, and a center hole is formed in the center of the top end of the connecting boss and penetrates to the bottom end of the flange plate along the central axis of the flange plate. The radial section of the central hole is a regular polygon; the half shaft rod is of a hollow shaft rod structure, one end of the half shaft rod is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part penetrates into the center hole from the bottom end of the flange plate, the peripheral face of the connecting part is made to be matched with the inner side face of the center hole, then the connecting part and the connecting boss are connected through a pin shaft, and then pin shaft connection of the half shaft rod and the flange plate is achieved. Compared with a connection mode that the hollow half shaft rod and the flange plate are connected in a welded mode through a friction welding process, the connection reliability and durability are improved, and then the fault rate of the vehicle half shaft is reduced; and compared with a friction welding process, the production cost is reduced, and the production flexibility is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车半轴领域,具体涉及一种车辆半轴结构,包括销轴、半轴杆和用于连接驱动桥的法兰盘;法兰盘的顶端设置有连接凸台,连接凸台的顶端中心开设有中心孔,中心孔沿法兰盘的中轴线贯穿至法兰盘的底端;中心孔的径向截面为正多边形;半轴杆为空心轴杆结构,一端设置有连接部,连接部从法兰盘的底端穿入中心孔内,并使连接部的外周面与中心孔的内侧面相配合,再通过销轴连接连接部和连接凸台,进而实现半轴杆与法兰盘的销轴连接,相较于通过摩擦焊工艺将空心半轴杆与法兰盘焊接连接的连接方式,提高了连接的可靠性与耐久性,进而降低了车辆半轴的故障率;且相较于摩擦焊工艺,降低了生产成本,提高了生产灵活性。
