The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a multi-station automatic elevator which comprises a base, a telescopic rod is fixedly mounted on the top wall of the base, guide rods are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the top wall, located on the two sides of the telescopic rod, of the base, station frames are symmetrically and movably mounted above the base, and the multi-station automatic elevator further comprises a traction machine. The traction machine is fixedly installed at the top end of the telescopic rod, and the two rotary drums are symmetrically and fixedly installed on an output shaft of the traction machine. When a station frame and a roller box are out of control and fall rapidly, a conducting strip in a mounting bin can generate relative displacement relative to the mounting bin under the influence of the falling speed, namely, the conducting strip moves upwards, so that two connectors are electrically connected and conducted, and a threaded block is engaged with a guide rod in a threaded mode; and therefore, part of gravity is converted into friction force by means of the threaded block, a speed reduction effect on the station frame is achieved, and the safety of the multi-station automatic elevator is improved.

    本发明涉及升降机技术领域,具体为一种多工位自动升降机,包括底座,所述底座的顶壁上固定安装有伸缩杆,所述底座位于伸缩杆两侧的顶壁上对称固定安装有导向杆,所述底座上方对称活动安装有工位架,还包括,曳引机,所述曳引机固定安装在伸缩杆的顶端,转筒,两个所述转筒对称固定安装在曳引机的输出轴上。本发明通过当工位架和卷轮箱失控急速下坠时,受下坠速度的影响,安装仓内的导电片会相对安装仓发生相对位移,即导电片上移,使得两个接头之间的电性连接导通,从而将螺纹块与导向杆螺纹啮合,从而借助螺纹块将部分重力转化为摩擦力,从而对工位架起到一个减速作用,从而提高了一种多工位自动升降机的安全性。
