The invention discloses a morphing wing based on a bistable superstructure, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft wing morphing. The wing comprises an upper skin, a lower skin, a driver, wing ribs, a cross beam, a deformation assembly and a motor. The driver is a telescopic rod and used for driving the deformation assembly and regulating and controlling the thickness change of the skin. The deformation assembly is a bistable periodic structure variable density arrangement cell element, and the bistable structure comprises a curved beam and a side wall; in each column, a plurality of deformation cell elements and telescopic rods form a driving column, and the driving columns are symmetrically arranged to form a deformation assembly. The cross beam is used for connecting the deformation assemblies on the two sides, transmitting driving force and regulating and controlling deformation of the left side and the right side so that deformation of the two sides of the wing can be kept consistent, and the wing profile deforms stably. The upper skin and the lower skin are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer respectively, wing ribs are arranged on the left side and the right side, and the driving cell elements are arranged in an inner space defined by the upper skin, the lower skin and the wing ribs in a variable-gradient staggered mode. According to the method, the continuity of the morphing wing deformation process can be realized, and the influence on the aircraft stability is reduced.

    本发明公开的一种基于双稳态超结构的变体机翼,属于飞机机翼变体技术领域。本发明包括上蒙皮、下蒙皮、驱动器、翼肋、横梁、变形组件和电机。驱动器为伸缩杆,用于驱动变形组件,调控蒙皮厚度变化。变形组件为双稳态周期性结构变密度排布胞元,双稳态结构包括曲梁和侧壁;每一列由若干个变形胞元与伸缩杆构成驱动列,驱动列对称排布组成变形组件。横梁用于连接两侧的变形组件,传递驱动力以及调控左右两侧变形使机翼两侧变形保持一致,机翼型面平稳变形。上蒙皮、下蒙皮分别呈上下两层设置,左右两侧为翼肋,所述驱动胞元变梯度交错排布在上蒙皮、下蒙皮与翼肋所围成的内部空间。本发明能够实现变体机翼变形过程的连续性减小对飞行器稳定度的影响。
