The invention discloses an intelligent ship test method based on a test ship, and relates to the technical field of intelligent ships, the method designs a test ship as a test verification platform, a test guarantee and a technical support, and corresponding space and standard interfaces are reserved on a ship main body frame of the test ship, so that on the basis of the test ship, the intelligent ship test method can be realized. Different to-be-tested intelligent ship test scenes can be constructed by adding or replacing different additional function modules, so that different additional functions are tested in a real marine environment, and the technical blank of dynamic test and verification of matched devices, equipment and systems of an intelligent ship in the real marine environment is filled; the formed test capability can provide marine dynamic test verification conditions of the key technology of the intelligent ship for domestic ship supporting enterprises, so that the design and development of the intelligent ship are accelerated, and the test flexibility is high.
