The invention discloses a redundant power supply control method for key equipment of a rail transit vehicle, and the method is applied to a redundant power supply control system for the key equipment of the rail transit vehicle. The central control unit VCU sends instructions to digital quantity output unit DA modules of the train A1 and the train B1 through a train control network; the digital quantity output unit DA modules of the vehicle A1 and the vehicle B1 respectively output instructions, a vehicle A1 contactor K2 and a vehicle B1 contactor K4 are attracted, an auxiliary contact of the vehicle A1 contactor K2 disconnects the vehicle A1 contactor K1, and an auxiliary contact of the vehicle B1 contactor K4 disconnects power supply of the vehicle B1 contactor K3, so that redundant power supply to key equipment in the vehicle A1 and the vehicle B1 is realized through the second auxiliary inverter. The availability of the key load of the rail transit vehicle can be ensured, so that the availability of the vehicle is improved.
