The invention belongs to the field of textile composite materials, and particularly relates to an electric heating composite material based on a nickel-chromium alloy wire weft knitting structure and a preparation method. The electric heating fabric is of a five-layer structure and is sequentially composed of a first composite structure layer, an adhesive film layer, an electric heating fabric layer, an adhesive film layer and a second composite structure layer. The electric heating fabric layer serves as the center of the symmetrical structure in the thickness direction. The electric heating fabric layer comprises nickel-chromium alloy wires, dacron and aramid fibers, adhesive films are attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the electric heating fabric layer, then glass fiber/epoxy prepreg with different laying angles is laid to form a multi-layer structure, the multi-layer structure is subjected to vacuum pumping and compaction, the multi-layer structure is put into an autoclave to be heated and cured, and the electric heating composite material based on the weft knitting structure is obtained. In the invention, the electric heating composite material can be applied to the engineering field with electric heating requirements, such as helicopter air inlet channel anti-icing, and the composite material not only can meet the mechanical property requirements of a bearing structure, but also can provide effective heating efficiency and balance temperature.
本发明属于纺织复合材料领域,具体涉及一种基于镍铬合金丝纬编结构的电热复合材料及制备方法。为五层结构,依次由第一复合结构层、胶膜层、电加热织物层、胶膜层、第二复合结构层构成;厚度方向上以电加热织物层为中心的对称结构。所述电加热织物层包括镍铬合金丝、涤纶、芳纶纤维,在电加热织物层上下表面贴合胶膜,然后铺覆不同铺设角度的玻纤/环氧预浸料,形成多层结构,对其进行抽真空压实,放入热压罐中加热固化,得到基于纬编针织结构的电热复合材料。本发明中,该种电热复合材料可以应用于具有电加热需求的工程领域,例如直升机进气道防冰,该种复合材料不仅可以满足承载结构力学性能要求,还可以提供有效的加热效率和平衡温度。
