The invention belongs to the technical field of aerogel heat preservation, and particularly relates to an aerogel-based heat preservation composite material and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method comprises the following process steps of S1, structure building, sandwich structure connection, S2, foam filling, filling of the interior of a compartment with materials such as foam, S3, aerogel attaching, attaching of aerogel to the inner wall of the compartment, S4, gap filling, if a gap exists at the joint of the two pieces of aerogel felts, filling is conducted through a soft heat preservation material, S5, joint construction is conducted, glass fiber aluminum foil cloth with gum is adopted for attaching to the joint of the outer side, S6, leveling is conducted, after attachment of the aerogel felts is completed, overall leveling is conducted through a wood board with the thickness being 1.5 mm, S7, aerogel resin spraying is conducted, and S5, heat preservation is conducted. The aerogel resin layer is sprayed on the outer side of the leveled framework, the spraying thickness ranges from 1 mm to 2 mm, the thermal insulation composite material with aerogel serves as the thermal insulation layer, the very remarkable effect is achieved whether thermal insulation or thermal insulation is achieved, meanwhile, the tensile strength and the compressive strength are high, and the interior of a compartment can be effectively protected.

    本发明公开的属于气凝胶保温技术领域,具体为一种基于气凝胶的保温复合材料及其制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:S1结构搭建,采用三明治结构连接,S2泡沫填充,用泡沫等材料对车厢内部填充,S3气凝胶贴附,将气凝胶贴附在车厢内壁,S4缝隙填补,若两块气凝胶毡的接缝处存在空隙,则通过柔软度保温材料进行填充,S5接缝搭建,采用带背胶玻纤铝箔布进行外侧搭接缝处贴附,S6找平,气凝胶毡贴附完成之后,采用1.5mm厚木板进行整体找平,S7喷涂气凝胶树脂,在找平后的构架外侧的喷涂气凝胶树脂层,喷涂厚度在1~2mm,通过气凝胶的保温复合材料作为隔热层,无论是隔热还是保温都具有非常显著的功效,同时抗拉和抗压强度高,可有效对车厢内部进行保护。
