The invention discloses an electric vehicle emergency charging system and method intelligently controlled by a multiplexing street lamp pole. Comprising a power supply control end device which is installed in a street lamp distribution box, receives a power supply request, formulates and sends a street lamp main line on-off management command to the street lamp distribution box according to collected system information in combination with a current time period and a corresponding road condition, and feeds back the power supply management command to a power supply terminal device; and the electricity supplementing terminal device is installed at the street lamp pole maintenance port in a surrounding or pole-holding mode, sends an electricity supplementing request to the electricity supplementing control terminal device, sends a street lamp switch command to the single lamp controller, and executes operation related to on-off of an electricity supplementing circuit for the electric vehicle. Idle municipal street lamp power distribution has benefits, social resources are fully utilized, energy is saved, and carbon is reduced.
