The window has good manufacturability, sealing materials on the attaching face and the edge area of the observation window and the window frame can ensure water tightness and air tightness of the window installation portion, balance pressure can be adjusted, and the structural stability is effectively guaranteed; the device is suitable for narrow installation space such as an aviation observation window, and the use requirement is met through verification.
