The invention discloses an automatic control method and device for internal and external circulation of a vehicle air conditioner and related equipment. The method comprises the steps that when it is determined that a whole vehicle is powered on, data of multiple sensors are obtained, and the multiple sensors comprise one or more of a carbon monoxide sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, an air quality sensor, a seat sensor and a temperature sensor; and when it is determined that the multiple pieces of sensor data meet the air conditioner internal and external circulation control conditions at the same time, air conditioner internal and external circulation priority processing is executed based on the multiple pieces of sensor data. According to the method, by executing the priority air conditioner internal and external circulation operation, the air conditioner energy consumption is reduced, manual operation is reduced, and the driving safety is improved.
