The invention discloses a hedgehog-spur-imitating microstructure light-weight impact-resistant composite material plate and a preparation method thereof.The hedgehog-spur-imitating microstructure light-weight impact-resistant composite material plate comprises a porous structure core layer composed of transverse reinforcing ribs and longitudinal reinforcing ribs, an upper panel structure and a lower panel structure, the porous structure core layer is made of a short fiber epoxy resin material, and the upper panel structure and the lower panel structure are made of an epoxy resin material; the upper panel and the lower panel are made of hybrid fiber epoxy resin materials with variable modulus and variable density, the upper panel and the lower panel are designed in a fiber laying mode, the whole structure is integrally formed and prepared through 3D printing, and the bionic porous structure composite material sandwich panel is formed. Local stress concentration caused by attribute mutation of heterogeneous materials is relieved, and the problems that the interface of the upper panel, the lower panel and the core layer is debonded and fractured due to stress concentration and is damaged and invalid in advance are solved.

    本发明公开一种仿刺猬刺微结构轻量化抗冲击复合材料板及其制备方法,仿刺猬刺微结构轻量化抗冲击复合材料板,包括:由横向加强筋与纵向加强筋组成的多孔结构芯层和上下面板结构,多孔结构芯层采用短纤环氧树脂材料,上下面板采用变模量、变密度的混杂纤维环氧树脂材料,且上下面板采用纤维铺层设计,整体结构通过3D打印一体成型制备,形成一种仿生多孔结构复合材料夹芯板材,与传统的夹芯板材结构相比,其比刚度、比强度进一步提升,缓解了因异质材料的属性突变而引发的局部应力集中,解决了上下面板与芯层界面因应力集中而脱黏断裂,提前破坏失效的难题。
