The invention provides a method for hoisting a suspension arm based on multiple sections of steel wire ropes, which comprises the following steps of: determining the gravity center of the suspension arm and determining the sliding length of a second steel wire rope on a pulley: setting a first positioning point at a left limiting positioning point of the displacement of a pulley, and setting a second positioning point at a right limiting positioning point of the displacement of the pulley; a second positioning point is arranged at a right limiting positioning point of pulley displacement; the sliding length of the second steel wire rope is calculated at the first positioning point and the second positioning point respectively, and then the maximum sliding length of the second steel wire rope is determined, so that the maximum sliding length of the second steel wire rope can meet the requirement that the pulley moves between the left limiting positioning point and the right limiting positioning point.

    本发明提供一种基于多节钢丝绳对吊臂的吊装方法,包括确定吊臂重心和确定第二钢丝绳在滑轮上的滑动长度,其中,第二钢丝绳在滑轮上的滑动长度的计算方法为,在滑车位移的左限位定位点设置第一定位点,在滑车位移的右限位定位点设置第二定位点;在第一定位点和第二定位点分别计算第二钢丝绳的滑动长度,然后再确定第二钢丝绳的最大滑动长度,这样第二钢丝绳的最大滑动长度能满足滑车在左限位定位点与右限位定位点之间移动。
