According to the vibration suppression enhanced conformal cooler, a plurality of heat exchange tube bundles are arranged in a shell, each heat exchange tube bundle comprises a plurality of heat exchange tube structures and a plurality of spherical connecting tubes, the heat exchange tube structures are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the shell, and every two adjacent heat exchange tube structures are connected through the corresponding spherical connecting tube to form one heat exchange tube bundle; each heat exchange pipe structure comprises a plurality of heat exchange branch pipes which are annularly arranged, and the heat exchange branch pipes are connected with one spherical connecting pipe. According to the vibration suppression enhanced conformal cooler, the multiple heat exchange tube bundles can form tightly-arranged unit cell bodies after being arranged, torrent vibration caused by seawater impact to the heat exchange tube bundles is reduced, and the impact resistance of the heat exchange tube bundles is improved; the periodic arrangement of the plurality of heat exchange tube bundles can generate a complex spatial turbulent flow effect, so that the heat exchange capability of the vibration suppression enhanced conformal cooler is effectively enhanced.

    本发明涉及船舶冷却系统技术领域,提供一种抑振增强型共形冷却器及共形冷却系统。上述的抑振增强型共形冷却器,包括壳体内设有多个换热管束,每个换热管束包括多个换热管结构和多个球形接管,多个换热管结构沿壳体的长度方向依次排布,相邻两个换热管结构通过球形接管连接,以形成一个换热管束;每个换热管结构包括多个换热支管,多个换热支管环形设置,多个所述换热支管与一个所述球形接管连接。上述的抑振增强型共形冷却器,多个换热管束排列后能够形成排列紧密的晶胞体,减小了海水冲击对换热管束造成的激流振动,提高了换热管束的抗冲击能力;多个换热管束的周期性排布可产生复杂的空间扰流作用,有效强化了抑振增强型共形冷却器的换热能力。
