The invention relates to a composite suspension structure for a snow sweeper and a design method. Two parallel components including a steel plate spring and a hydro-pneumatic spring are arranged between an axle and a frame, the hydro-pneumatic spring comprises an oil cylinder assembly, an energy accumulator, a stop valve and a pipeline, the upper end of the oil cylinder assembly is connected with the frame, the lower end of the oil cylinder assembly is connected to the axle, and the energy accumulator is connected with the oil cylinder assembly in series through the pipeline and the stop valve. And parameter design is carried out on the composite suspension structure for the snow sweeper based on the requirements of the snow sweeper. The simple, reliable and guiding characteristics of a steel plate spring and the nonlinear variable stiffness characteristic of a hydro-pneumatic spring are considered, the vehicle operation smoothness is effectively improved, the high-low vibration phenomenon generated when a vehicle operates on the uneven ground through a traditional plate spring suspension is avoided, and the snow removing effect is improved; according to the actual axle load of the vehicle, a hydraulic control adjusting system can be omitted, the height of the hydro-pneumatic spring can be manually adjusted, mechanical locking can be achieved, and the problem that the cost is too high when a hydro-pneumatic suspension is used is effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种除雪车用复合悬架结构及设计方法。本发明中车桥与车架之间设置钢板弹簧和油气弹簧两并行构件,油气弹簧包括油缸总成、蓄能器、截止阀和管路,油缸总成上端连接车架,下端连接于车桥,蓄能器通过管路、截止阀与油缸总成串联,并基于除雪车需求对除雪车用复合悬架结构进行参数设计。本申请兼顾了钢板弹簧的简单、可靠、导向特性以及油气弹簧的非线性变刚度特性,有效提高了车辆作业平顺性,解决车辆使用传统板簧悬架在地面不平作业时产生的高低颤动现象,提高了除雪效果;并可根据车辆实际轴荷,取消液压控制调节系统,手动调节油气弹簧的高度,可实现机械锁止,有效解决使用油气悬架成本过高的问题。
