A charging apparatus and a control method of the charging apparatus are provided. The control device executes a process including: a step in which, in a first state, it is determined whether or not a preset time has elapsed from a previous cleaning time point; a step of determining whether the movable part rises a preset number of times from the last cleaning time; a step of determining whether there is precipitation from the last cleaning time point; executing injection control; and resetting the elapsed time, the number of rises, and the precipitation flag.
