The invention relates to a wire harness adapter and a wire harness system structure of a vehicle-mounted phased array radar array plane, and belongs to the field of cable layout and wiring of photoelectric signal interconnection. The system comprises an optical fiber link, a radio frequency link and a power supply link. Wherein the communication and control link is composed of a wire harness adapter and wire harness assemblies at the two ends; the optical fiber link is composed of a wire harness adapter and optical cable assemblies at the two ends. The radio frequency link is composed of a passive power divider and radio frequency cable assemblies at the two ends. The power supply link is formed by connecting cable assemblies at the two ends through a universal bus bar. The wire harnesses and paths of the links are independent, and independent cable assemblies can be formed. Reasonable spacing of the wire harnesses in the array plane is realized through path planning, wire harness adapters and other parts, coupling is reduced, and electromagnetic interference is effectively eliminated. According to the invention, the reliability, maintainability and replaceability of photoelectric signal interconnection can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the assembly production period of the two-dimensional active phased array plane is effectively shortened.

    本发明涉及一种线束转接件及车载相控阵雷达阵面的线束系统结构,属于光电信号互联的线缆布局和布线领域。包含光纤链路、射频链路、供电链路。其中通信和控制链路由线束转接件与两端的线束组件构成;光纤链路由线束转接件与两端的光缆组件构成;射频链路由无源功分器件与两端的射频电缆组件构成;供电链路由通用汇流条连接两端线缆组件构成。所述各链路的线束,路径独立,并能形成独立的线缆组件。通过路径规划和线束转接件等零件实现线束在阵面中间隔合理距离,减少耦合,有效消除电磁干扰。本发明可大幅提升光电信号互联的可靠性、维修性及可更换性,同时有效缩短两维有源相控阵阵面的装配生产周期。
