The invention discloses a trestle construction method using ship auxiliary construction, and relates to the technical field of underwater bridge construction. The construction method comprises the following steps that the ship is fixed to the water surface; the length of a deck of the ship is more than 100m, and a first crawler crane and a second crawler crane are arranged on the deck; transporting the materials to a ship; repositioning the ship to the design position of the trestle; a first crawler crane is matched with a hydraulic impact hammer for lowering and inserting and driving the steel pipe pile; lifting the guide frame to a first preset height; the percussion drill is hoisted to the temporary construction platform through a first crawler crane; lowering the guide frame to a second preset height; fixedly connecting the guide frame and the steel pipe pile; cutting the steel pipe pile to a designed elevation; distributing beams and bailey beams are erected on the tops of the steel pipe piles, and bridge deck slabs and accessory structures are installed; and dismantling the temporary construction platform. According to the trestle construction method using the ship to assist in construction, the stability of the steel pipe piles can be guaranteed, the trestle construction difficulty can be reduced, the construction speed can be increased, and the construction cost can be saved.

    本申请公开一种使用船舶辅助施工的栈桥施工方法,涉及水中桥梁施工技术领域。施工方法包括以下步骤:使船舶固定在水面上;船舶的甲板长度在100m以上,甲板上布置有第一履带吊和第二履带吊;运输物料至船舶;重新定位船舶至栈桥设计位置;利用第一履带吊配合液压冲击锤下放并插打钢管桩;提升导向架至第一预定高度;利用第一履带吊将冲击钻机吊装至临时施工平台上;下放导向架至第二预定高度;固连导向架和钢管桩;切割钢管桩至设计标高;在钢管桩的顶部架设分配梁和贝雷梁,安装桥面板及附属结构;拆除临时施工平台。本说明书所提供的使用船舶辅助施工的栈桥施工方法,不仅能保证钢管桩稳固,降低栈桥施工难度,还能加快施工速度,节约施工成本。
