The invention provides a pipeline hoisting auxiliary positioning mechanism applied to a water conservancy project, and relates to the technical field of pipeline hoisting. A driving mechanism is mounted in the mounting mechanism; an adjusting mechanism is mounted on the left side of the driving mechanism; a hoisting mechanism is mounted on the right side of the driving mechanism; the two sets of sling bodies of the hoisting mechanism penetrate through the through holes of the lifting piece and the guide plate correspondingly, the lifting piece can collect the sling bodies, gaps between the sling bodies and the pipeline are reduced, the shaking amplitude of the sling bodies and the pipeline in the hoisting transportation process is reduced, and the hoisting transportation stability is improved; the auxiliary positioning mechanism solves the problems that when an existing traditional auxiliary positioning mechanism hoists a pipeline, a certain gap often exists above a sling used for hoisting the pipeline, supporting force borne by the pipeline is mainly distributed on the lower half face, the upper side has a certain degree of freedom, the pipeline cannot be completely locked, and large-amplitude shaking is generated in the hoisting process.

    本发明提供了应用于水利工程的管道吊装辅助定位机构,涉及管道吊装技术领域,包括:安装机构;所述安装机构的内部安装有驱动机构;所述驱动机构的左侧安装有调节机构;所述驱动机构的右侧安装有吊装机构;所述吊装机构的两组吊索主体分别穿过升降件和导向板的通孔,升降件可以对吊索主体进行收束,减小吊索主体与管道之间的间隙,减小吊索主体和管道在吊装运输中的晃动幅度,提高吊装运输的稳定性,解决了现有的传统辅助定位机构在吊装管道的时候,用来吊起管道的吊索上方往往会具有一定的间隙,使管道承受的支撑力主要分布在下半面,上侧具有一定的自由度,无法对管道进行完全锁紧,导致吊装过程中产生较大幅度的晃动问题。
