The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure construction, in particular to an angle brace lifting appliance of a pin shaft type beam column joint and a lifting method of the angle brace lifting appliance. Comprising angle brace angle steel (1), a positioning plate (2) and a fixing bolt (3), two ends of the angle brace angle steel (1) are respectively connected with the positioning plates (2) through the fixing bolts (3), and the positioning plates (2) are respectively and fixedly connected with a taper pipe and a steel beam. According to the overall thought, positioning plates are arranged on the two corresponding sides of the end of a steel column and the two ends of a lower flange plate of a steel beam, bolt holes are formed in the steel column positioning plates, long round bolt holes are formed in the steel beam positioning plates, and fine adjustment of the relative position relation of the beam column can be conducted through bolts and the long round holes; bolt holes are formed in the two ends of the angle brace angle steel, and after the steel column and the steel beam inserting plate are in butt joint, the beam column installation angle can be adjusted and fixed through connection of the angle brace angle steel and the positioning plate.

    本发明涉钢结构的施工技术领域,具体是一种销轴式梁柱节点的隅撑吊具及其起吊方法;包括隅撑角钢(1)、定位板(2)和固定螺栓(3);隅撑角钢(1)的两端分别通过固定螺栓(3)而与定位板(2)连接,定位板(2)分别与锥管和钢梁固定连接。本发明的整体思路是,在钢柱端部对应两侧与钢梁下翼缘板两端位置设置定位板,钢柱定位板开设螺栓孔,钢梁定位板开设长圆螺栓孔,通过螺栓与长圆孔可对梁柱进行相对位置关系的微调整,隅撑角钢的一端与钢梁定位板连接,另外一端与钢柱定位板连接,隅撑角钢两端开设螺栓孔,在钢柱与钢梁插板对接完成后,可通过隅撑角钢与定位板连接进行梁柱安装角度的调整与固定。
