The invention relates to an under-beam beam transporting sling device suspended at the top of a beam, which comprises a U-shaped suspension structure comprising two upper cantilevers connected to the two sides of an existing bridge plate and a lower cross beam connected with the two upper cantilevers; the hoisting assembly is arranged on the lower cross beam and is suitable for hanging a beam body to be transported; the U-shaped suspension structure can move in the extending direction of the existing bridge plate, the hoisting assembly can move on the lower cross beam in the length direction of the lower cross beam so as to drive the beam body to be transported to move relative to the U-shaped suspension structure, and therefore the two upper cantilevers are connected together through the lower cross beam. The two upper cantilevers can synchronously move through the lower cross beam in the beam lifting process, so that the stability and synchronism of the whole beam conveying lifting appliance in the using process are guaranteed, and dangerous accidents are avoided.
