本发明涉及一种船舶侧面吊入设备的吊运装置及吊运方法,包括吊篮、平板小车,吊篮内铺设有轨道,平板小车对应轨道设有轨道轮,平板小车的底部还设有用以平板小车脱离轨道后移动的滚轮;吊篮的一侧设有平板小车进出吊篮的通道,通道处设有阻挡小车进出通道的可拆横档;吊篮靠外部靠近通道的位置设有相对吊篮横向伸出的前端搁置肘板;平板小车在吊篮内轨道轮可沿轨道滚动,平板小车脱离轨道后,平板小车在滚轮的转动下移动;吊篮的上端设有用以吊运的吊环;吊篮靠近通道的一侧还设有用以吊篮定位的紧固绳。本发明通过该吊运装置将设备吊至工艺孔后再通过平板小车将设备移送至船体内,无需在船体侧面布置、焊接临时轨道,节约了大量的人力和时间。
