The invention provides a three-jaw space docking locking mechanism capable of automatically and linearly plugging and unplugging, and belongs to the field of on-orbit service of spacecrafts. The mechanism comprises a capturing inner shell, a clamping jaw outer shell, a clamping jaw, a clamping jaw seat, a driving gear, a spring, an end cover and a bearing ball. The driven end is captured through the large capturing range of the clamping jaw, the pull-back insertion and push-out unlocking process of the driven end can be achieved under the condition that assistance of a mechanical arm is not needed, the clamping jaw is limited ingeniously through the positioning rod, and the structure is simpler and more reliable. The invention provides a design scheme of a small space docking mechanism capable of automatically pulling back, inserting, locking and unlocking, and a mounting space is reserved in the middle of the mechanism and can be integrated with other connectors for use, so that the whole mechanism is more compact. According to the invention, the compactness of a space butt joint structure is improved, the occupied space is small, the axial closing and locking function can be autonomously realized without the control of a mechanical arm, the number of locking points is large, and the locking rigidity is good.
本发明提供一种可以自主直线插拔的三爪式空间对接锁紧机构,属于航天器在轨服务领域。该机构包括捕获内壳、夹爪外壳、夹爪、夹爪座、驱动齿轮、弹簧、端盖和轴承球。利用夹爪的较大的捕获范围捕获被动端,在不需要机械臂辅助的情况下能够实现被动端的拉回插接和推出解锁的过程,巧妙的利用定位杆对夹爪进行限位,使结构更加简单可靠。本发明提供了可自主拉回插接锁紧和解锁的小型空间对接机构设计方案,机构中间预留了安装空间可与其它连接器集成使用,使机构整体更加紧凑。本发明提高了空间对接结构的紧凑性,占用空间小,不依靠机械臂控制可自主实现轴向拉近锁紧功能,锁紧点数多且锁紧刚度好。
