The warm cloud catalyst sowing system is arranged on an airplane and comprises sowing equipment and a control system, the sowing equipment comprises a catalyst storage device, a stirrer and a sowing valve, the stirrer is located in the catalyst storage device, the sowing valve is installed on a discharge port of the catalyst storage device, and the control system is connected with the control system. The control system comprises a control panel and a sowing controller, the control panel is a man-machine interaction device and is cross-linked with the sowing controller through a digital bus, and the stirrer and the sowing valve are connected with the sowing controller. The aircraft puts the warm cloud catalyst into the catalyst storage device on the ground and then seals the cover plate; after the airplane enters the sky of a sowing operation area, the sowing controller starts the stirrer to act according to a sowing instruction, and the sowing valve opens the sowing opening, so that the warm cloud catalyst is sown in the sky through the sowing opening of the sowing valve.
