The rotating shaft assembly comprises a cylindrical nut arranged in the machine body front main frame; the transition piece is arranged on the machine body front main frame; wherein one surface of the transition piece is an arc surface, and the other surface of the transition piece is a plane; one end of the first connecting bolt sequentially penetrates through the horizontal tail front connector, the transition piece and the fuselage front main frame and is connected with the cylindrical nut; stepless adjustment of the horizontal tail angle can be achieved, the internal space of the helicopter body structure is fully utilized, and the requirement for adjusting any installation angle of the helicopter horizontal tail is met.
