According to the method for improving the damage tolerance performance of the connector lug, a lining is arranged in a connector lug hole, two anti-abrasion grooves are formed in the outer surface of the lining and located in the middle of the width of the lining, and the connecting line of the centers of the two anti-abrasion grooves passes through the circle center of the lining; when the lining is installed, the position of the anti-abrasion groove of the lining corresponds to the seriously stressed area of the lug hole of the connector, and the anti-abrasion groove can improve the fretting abrasion phenomenon of the seriously stressed area of the lining and the lug hole.

    一种改善接头耳片损伤容限性能的方法,接头耳片孔内设有衬套,所述的衬套外表面上设有两个防磨凹槽,防磨凹槽位于衬套宽度的中部,两个防磨凹槽的中心连线经过衬套的圆心;安装衬套时,将衬套的防磨凹槽位置对应在接头耳片孔的受力严重区域,防磨凹槽可以改善衬套与耳片孔的受力严重区域的微动磨损现象。
