The front surface of the magnetic base is made of transparent toughened glass; a transparent hose is stored in the hose cavity, and the front face of the hose cavity is made of transparent tempered glass; and the transparent hose is filled with red pigment water, one end of the transparent hose is connected with the scale pointer in the magnetic base, and the other end of the transparent hose is a free end. According to the method, the holes in the curved surface structure of the ship can be rapidly and accurately positioned, a large amount of working time and energy are saved under the condition that positioning accuracy is guaranteed, positioning is convenient and reliable, the method is suitable for positioning the holes in the curved surface structure of all ship construction, manufacturing is easy, and cost is low.
