The invention discloses a method for positioning a hole in a ship curved surface structure, the positioning method is based on a special positioning tool, the positioning tool comprises a magnetic base, the magnetic base is used for being adsorbed on a ship structure steel plate, a scale pointer is arranged in the magnetic base, a small hole is formed in the bottom of the magnetic base, a transparent hose penetrates into the magnetic base through the small hole, and the magnetic base is fixed on the ship structure steel plate. The front surface of the magnetic base is made of transparent toughened glass; a transparent hose is stored in the hose cavity, and the front face of the hose cavity is made of transparent tempered glass; and the transparent hose is filled with red pigment water, one end of the transparent hose is connected with the scale pointer in the magnetic base, and the other end of the transparent hose is a free end. According to the method, the holes in the curved surface structure of the ship can be rapidly and accurately positioned, a large amount of working time and energy are saved under the condition that positioning accuracy is guaranteed, positioning is convenient and reliable, the method is suitable for positioning the holes in the curved surface structure of all ship construction, manufacturing is easy, and cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种船舶曲面结构上孔的定位方法,该定位方法基于一种专用的定位工装,该定位工装包括:磁力基座,所述磁力基座用来吸附在船舶结构钢板上,在磁力基座的内部设有刻度指针,底部有小孔,透明软管通过其穿入磁力基座中,磁力基座的正面材质为透明钢化玻璃;软管腔,软管腔内部存放透明软管,软管腔的正面材质为透明钢化玻璃;透明软管,透明软管内部装有红色颜料水,透明软管一端与磁力基座内部刻度指针连接,一端为自由端。本发明的方法能够快速、准确地对船舶曲面结构上孔进行定位,在保证定位准确的情况下节省大量的工作时间和精力,定位便捷可靠,适用于所有船舶建造的曲面结构上孔的定位,制作简单、成本低廉。
