The invention relates to the technical field of ship superstructure jig frames, in particular to a using method of a simple large door frame for transporting a large superstructure block. In order to improve the production efficiency, shorten the construction period of a ship and reduce the shipbuilding cost, a shipyard generally adopts an integral hoisting and carrying mode for a superstructure block of the ship, but the superstructure is generally placed in a shipway fixed area for general assembly, outfitting piece and equipment installation, coating operation and the like before being integrally hoisted, or subsection outsourcing manufacturing of the superstructure is carried out, so that the shipbuilding cannot be damaged. And after total assembly, the whole is transported back to a factory and placed in a berth fixing area for fitting-out piece and equipment installation, coating operation and the like, and then whole hoisting and carrying are carried out. The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the use method of the simple large door frame for transporting the large superstructure block, so that the efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶上层建筑胎架技术领域,具体来说是一种用于大型上层建筑总段运输的简易大门架使用方法。为了提高生产效率、缩短船舶的建造周期、降低造船成本,对于船舶上层建筑总段,船厂一般采取整体吊装搭载方式,而上层建筑整体吊装前一般放置于船台固定区域进行总组、安装舾装件和设备、涂装作业等,或将上层建筑分段委外制作,总组后整体运回厂里放置于船台固定区域进行舾装件、设备的安装及涂装作业等,再进行整体吊装搭载。本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于大型上层建筑总段运输的简易大门架使用方法,提高效率,降低成本。
