The invention discloses a composite hull protection device which is characterized in that a plurality of protection parts are equidistantly mounted on a back plate, a positioning part is mounted at the top of the back plate, each protection part comprises supporting arms symmetrically mounted on the back plate, the bottoms of the supporting arms are movably connected with sliding blocks through first-stage buffer modules, and the two sliding blocks are connected through a wheel arm; the center of the wheel arm is movably connected with a wheel frame through a second-stage buffering module, and the outer side of the wheel frame is fixedly sleeved with a third-stage buffering wheel. When a ship body collides, firstly, the sliding blocks slide in the sliding grooves in the bottoms of the supporting arms, so that the first-stage buffering modules are stressed to be compressed and conduct first-stage buffering, then the second-stage buffering modules connected between the wheel frame and the wheel arms are stressed to be deformed and conduct second-stage buffering, and finally third-stage buffering wheels are stressed to be deformed and conduct third-stage buffering; the impact force is effectively absorbed, the impact force and vibration transmitted to the ship body are reduced, damage impact is effectively absorbed, and excessive damage to the ship body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料船体防护装置,背板的上等距离安装有若干个防护件,背板的顶部安装有定位件,防护件包括对称安装在背板上的支撑臂,支撑臂的底部通过一级缓冲模组活动连接有滑块,且两个滑块之间通过轮臂连接,轮臂的中心处通过二级缓冲模组活动连接有轮框,轮框的外侧套接固定有三级缓冲轮。本发明在船体发生碰撞时,首先滑块在支撑臂底部的滑槽内部滑动,使一级缓冲模组受力压缩,进行一级缓冲,接着轮框与轮臂之间连接的二级缓冲模组受力发生形变,进行二级缓冲,最后三级缓冲轮受力发生形变,进行三级缓冲,有效的完成对冲击力的吸收,减小传递到船体上的冲击力和震动,有效的吸收破坏冲击,避免对船体造成过大的损伤。
