The metal sheets are fixed to the surface of the low-temperature liquid cargo tank through bolts and nuts, gaps are reserved between the adjacent metal sheets and sealed through aluminum foil adhesive tapes, then glass fiber gridding cloth is laid, the tensile strength of the gaps is improved, and a layer of PU single-component glue is sprayed to the surface of the whole tray structure to increase the viscosity of sprayed insulation. And a gasket is adhered between the tray plate structure and the surface of the tank body. According to the high-tightness tray structure, low-cost spraying type insulation can be effectively applied to the IMO B type low-temperature liquid cargo tank, meanwhile, the tightness of a leakage channel can be guaranteed, construction is easy, and the heat preservation performance is improved.
本发明涉及一种用于低温液货舱喷涂式绝缘的高密性绝缘托盘结构及其施工方法,该托盘结构由垫片,金属薄板,焊接在液货舱表面的螺栓,螺母,低温胶水,自带胶水的玻璃纤维网格布,铝箔胶带,单组分低温PU胶水构成,金属薄板通过螺栓和螺母固定在低温液货舱的表面,相邻金属薄板之间留有间隙,间隙通过铝箔胶带进行密封,然后再敷设玻璃纤维网格布,增加缝隙处的抗拉强度,整个托盘结构的表面喷有一层PU单组分胶水增加和喷涂绝缘的粘性,托盘板结构和罐体表面之间贴有垫片。本发明提出的高密性托盘结构既可以让低成本的喷涂式绝缘有效应用于IMO B型低温液货舱,同时还可以保证泄漏通道的密性,施工简单,提高保温性能。
