The invention relates to the technical field of test appliances, in particular to a storage device for a pipetting microwell plate, which comprises a storage device main body, the storage device main body is composed of a storage assembly and a moving assembly, and the storage assembly is arranged on the moving assembly; the storage assembly comprises storage boxes, storage cavities, pipetting micropore plates, a net plate, a placement groove, a movable battery and a semiconductor refrigerator, the multiple storage boxes are arranged on the movable assembly, the four storage cavities are sequentially formed in the storage boxes from top to bottom, the pipetting micropore plates are placed in the storage cavities, and the net plate is arranged in the placement groove. The inner side walls of the storage cavities are provided with net plates, a placement groove is formed in the position, located behind the four sets of storage cavities, in the storage box, and a movable battery and a semiconductor refrigerator are sequentially arranged in the placement groove from top to bottom; compared with an existing storage device, the convenience of the existing storage device can be improved through the design.
